After a 13-year tenure at Delaire Graff Estate in Stellenbosch, spearheading guest experience alongside implementing operational and service protocols, I have learnt that having an unshakable 

belief in people allows for considered sharing and imparting of

 skills, the reasons behind the skills and the

 meaning we put to them.
